1. Booking & Confirmation

All tours must be booked in advance through our official website, phone, or authorized agents.

Full payment is required to confirm your booking unless otherwise stated.

Confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp once payment is received.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour: 100% refund.

Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the tour: 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or no-shows: No refund.

In case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, Aflaj reserves the right to reschedule or cancel tours with a full refund.
3. Tour Modifications

Aflaj Desert Tours reserves the right to change or cancel any part of the tour for safety, operational, or weather-related reasons.

Activities such as dune bashing, sandboarding, or camel rides may be modified depending on conditions or participant safety.
4. Health & Safety

Guests must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect participation.

Dune bashing is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with back/neck problems, or children under 3 years old.

Guests are responsible for securing their own travel and health insurance.
5. Liability

Aflaj Desert Tours is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

While all precautions are taken, participation in desert activities is at your own risk.

We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or other events beyond our control.
6. Child Policy

Children under 3 are not allowed on dune bashing tours.

Children aged 3–11 must be accompanied by an adult and are eligible for discounted rates.
7. Code of Conduct

Respect local customs and dress modestly.

Alcohol and illegal substances are strictly prohibited during the tour.

Aflaj reserves the right to remove any guest acting inappropriately or endangering others.
8. Privacy Policy

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law.

Photos or videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional purposes unless guests request otherwise.
